SiteSuite Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
1. Who we are
SiteSuite is provided by Further Beauty Media LLC (“SiteSuite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our mailing address is 608 Grover St., Warrensburg, MO 64093. Questions about this policy may be sent to support@sitesuiteapp.com.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes information processed when a BigCommerce merchant installs or uses SiteSuite, visits SiteSuite's public pages, or contacts SiteSuite support.
3. Information SiteSuite may process
Store and account information
We may process store identifiers, store name, installation/account information, granted permissions, app configuration, and connection state needed to operate SiteSuite.
Commerce and operational information
Depending on the features a merchant enables, SiteSuite may process order, customer, inventory, gift-certificate, refund, Store Log, and other operational references or event data received from BigCommerce. SiteSuite is designed to process the information needed for the selected feature rather than copy the merchant's entire BigCommerce database.
Notification and delivery information
We may process notification rules, recipients, notification history, email delivery status, message identifiers, bounce/complaint state, and usage information needed to provide and protect notification delivery.
Tools and invoice information
SiteSuite may process tool configuration and invoice-template content when a merchant uses Invoice Designer. WebDAV credentials used for the invoice connection are not saved by SiteSuite.
Support and diagnostic information
We may process support messages and merchant-authorized diagnostic context needed to troubleshoot the app. Merchants should not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card information, or unnecessary customer exports through support.
Billing and accounting information
Where paid capacity or other paid services are available, we may process subscription status, product/plan identifiers, usage, and related accounting metadata. Payment processing is handled through the applicable platform or payment provider rather than SiteSuite storing full payment-card data.
4. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and maintain SiteSuite.
- Connect the app to the merchant's BigCommerce store.
- Generate merchant-selected dashboard information and notifications.
- Deliver email where the merchant has configured email delivery.
- Operate tools such as Invoice Designer.
- Provide support and diagnose app issues.
- Measure usage, prevent abuse, suppress duplicate sends, and maintain delivery safety.
- Administer subscriptions, accounting, legal obligations, and service operations.
5. How we share information
We may use service providers that host the application, database, email delivery, monitoring, and related infrastructure. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell merchant or customer personal information to advertisers.
6. Data retention
SiteSuite uses different retention periods for different categories of information instead of retaining every record for the same amount of time.
- Merchant-facing notification history is generally retained for up to 90 days in the standard service, subject to operational exceptions such as pending delivery.
- Raw webhook payloads, completed-job details, and other processing data may be scrubbed or deleted sooner once no longer needed for reliable processing or deduplication.
- Email message history and delivery bodies may be retained for up to 90 days, while compact suppression, complaint, bounce, or idempotency records may be retained longer where needed to prevent unsafe or duplicate delivery.
- Support records may be retained longer than operational notification data, including where necessary for support continuity, security, legal obligations, or an active retention hold.
- Subscription, accounting, security, and legal records may follow longer retention periods based on their purpose and applicable requirements.
- Current rules, settings, and tool configuration may remain while the store uses SiteSuite and may not be deleted immediately on uninstall where operational or legal reasons require retention.
Backups and provider logs may follow separate infrastructure-provider retention schedules. A merchant may contact us to request review of the information SiteSuite holds about the store.
7. Uninstalling and deletion requests
Uninstalling SiteSuite stops authorized access to the store and stops app processing that depends on the installation. Uninstalling alone is not treated as a complete request to erase every record that SiteSuite may be required or permitted to retain. Merchants may submit a deletion or export request through support.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including access controls, request validation, encrypted connections, logging controls, and separation of development and production configuration. No service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and the relationship to the merchant, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other review of personal information. Requests can be sent to support@sitesuiteapp.com.
10. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for configuring SiteSuite appropriately for their business, selecting recipients with authority to receive store notifications, and complying with privacy, employment, marketing, and other laws that apply to their own store and customers.
11. Children's privacy
SiteSuite is a business application for merchants and is not directed to children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as SiteSuite changes. The current version will show its latest update date.
