Get help without turning support into another project.
For general questions, installation help, or store-specific issues, use the route that gives support the right amount of context without sending unnecessary information.
Email support
If SiteSuite is already installed, the in-app Support area is usually better for store-specific issues.
If SiteSuite is already installed
Open SiteSuite → Support. The support workspace keeps the request tied to the correct store and can include relevant SiteSuite context when you explicitly choose to provide it.
If you have not installed yet
Email support@sitesuiteapp.com for questions about installation, current features, or whether SiteSuite fits the way you use BigCommerce.
What to include
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- The SiteSuite page or feature involved.
- Any visible error message.
- Approximate time the issue occurred.
- Whether the issue is consistent or intermittent.
Temporary diagnostic access
SiteSuite can expose limited diagnostic context when a merchant explicitly authorizes it for support. This is intended to help troubleshoot connection state, event registrations, feature state, and similar app-level information.
Diagnostic access is not merchant impersonation. It is not intended to let support edit the store, read passwords or tokens, or browse customer records and invoice contents.
Data export or deletion requests
To request a review of SiteSuite-held data, an export, or deletion, use the in-app Support area or email support@sitesuiteapp.com. Uninstalling stops SiteSuite access and processing for the store, but uninstall alone is not treated as a complete data-deletion request.
