SiteSuite Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of SiteSuite, a BigCommerce application provided by Further Beauty Media LLC (“SiteSuite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using SiteSuite on behalf of a store or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that entity.
2. The service
SiteSuite provides a modular merchant workspace around BigCommerce, including configurable dashboards, notification rules and history, email-delivery controls, merchant tools such as Invoice Designer, settings, diagnostics, and support. Features may depend on BigCommerce APIs, store configuration, granted permissions, third-party services, and the SiteSuite plan or capacity available to the store.
3. BigCommerce and third-party services
SiteSuite is not BigCommerce and does not control the availability, behavior, or terms of BigCommerce or other third-party services. BigCommerce remains the merchant's commerce platform and system of record. Third-party outages, API changes, rate limits, authentication changes, or service restrictions can affect SiteSuite features.
4. Accounts, authorization, and access
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access to the BigCommerce store and for ensuring that people who use SiteSuite through the store are authorized to do so. You must not attempt to bypass access controls or use SiteSuite for a store you are not authorized to manage.
5. Notifications
Notification rules are merchant-controlled and should be reviewed before enabling. SiteSuite may provide in-app, email, or digest-style delivery depending on the rule and configuration. Notifications are intended as operational aids and may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or unavailable because of network, BigCommerce, email-provider, or other service conditions. Merchants remain responsible for their own business operations and decisions.
6. Email allowance and optional capacity
The current service includes a monthly notification-email allowance. Each recipient delivery may count against the allowance. In-app notifications may continue independently when email capacity is exhausted. Where available, additional email capacity may be offered through BigCommerce billing or another approved billing path. Pricing, availability, and limits may change with notice appropriate to the service.
7. Merchant-controlled tools
SiteSuite tools can make changes or help prepare changes to merchant-controlled store resources. The merchant is responsible for reviewing changes before applying them. For Invoice Designer, the merchant is responsible for the content and effect of the invoice template placed in the store.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use SiteSuite to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with systems, probe or bypass security controls, send unlawful or abusive communications, or process information you are not authorized to use. We may restrict or suspend use where necessary to protect the service, other merchants, third parties, or legal compliance.
9. Merchant data
As between the merchant and SiteSuite, the merchant retains rights in merchant-provided data and store content. The merchant grants SiteSuite the limited rights needed to process that information to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy and these Terms.
10. Support
Support is available through the in-app Support area and at support@sitesuiteapp.com. Support response times are not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
11. Intellectual property
SiteSuite, its software, branding, interface, documentation, and related materials are owned by Further Beauty Media LLC or its licensors except for merchant content and third-party materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of SiteSuite to the merchant.
12. Service changes
We may add, remove, modify, or improve features as SiteSuite evolves. We may also change technical requirements where needed for security, BigCommerce compatibility, reliability, or third-party changes.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using SiteSuite by uninstalling the app, subject to any separate billing obligations and data-retention requirements. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, fraud, unlawful use, nonpayment where applicable, or where continued operation is no longer reasonably possible.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteSuite is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or complete operation and do not guarantee that a notification will always arrive before the underlying event is visible elsewhere.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Further Beauty Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from SiteSuite. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising out of SiteSuite will not exceed the greater of the fees paid for SiteSuite during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Further Beauty Media LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of SiteSuite, your merchant content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another party's rights, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version will show the latest update date. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
